Laurianne Le Chalony

Laurianne Le Chalony is an accomplished executive and Group Chief Human Resources Officer recognized for driving organizational excellence through strategic leadership and a deep commitment to sustainability and social impact. She is praised for her visionary thinking and expertise in leadership, strategy, communication, and ESG, with a particular focus on transformation and growth.

Since January 2021, Laurianne has served as Chief People Officer at EcoVadis, a purpose-driven company committed to integrating sustainability performance into business relationships worldwide. In this role, she plays a key part in advancing the company's mission: to drive meaningful environmental and social impact on a global scale.

In parallel with her role at EcoVadis, Laurianne sits on the boards of several organizations, including Special Olympics France, the world’s largest sports organization for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

She is also President of the Institut Mieux Vivre en Entreprise (IMVE) and a founding member of the Hacking HR Experts Council, where she contributes her expertise to the evolution of the HR function. In recognition of her achievements, she was awarded the Entrepreneurial HR Leader of the Year (RH&M) in 2022 and received the Silver Medal at the RH Growth Awards in 2023. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the ANDRH, and the SHRM network.

Laurianne holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from ESSCA and is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EDBA) at École des Ponts Business School.

Her doctoral research focuses on a critical and timely issue: mental health in the workplace. In particular, she explores eco-anxiety—the psychological distress linked to environmental crises—and its impact on employees. Through this research, she reinforces her commitment to fostering a more human, resilient, and sustainable leadership approach, embedding psychological and ecological concerns at the core of HR and management strategies.
