AT CAESARS FORUM, the latest state-of-the-art conference center.
The 550,000 sq. ft. CAESARS FORUM conference centre is the newest additional to the Caesars Entertainment family. The 300,000 sq. ft of flexible meeting space and the two largest pillar-less ballrooms in the world are conveniently located with direct access to more than 8,500 hotel rooms at Harrah’s Las Vegas The LINQ and Caesar’s Palace.
This year we will have a purpose-built mainstage located outside in the Forum Plaza. This dynamic space will be an extension of the large pillarless Forum Ballroom only enhancing networking and content possibilities. A full floorplan will be available to show individual booth spaces.
TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT TO THE VENUE
By Air
If you’re flying to us, the nearest airport is Harry Reid Airport International Airport (formerly McCarran International Airport). A taxi journey to CAESARS FORUM will then take less than 10 minutes, and cost in the region of $25-$30.
From Caesars Palace Hotel
From Caesars Palace, guests can walk across Las Vegas Blvd and head directly down the Linq promenade towards the high roller observation wheel. At the end of the promenade and underneath the high roller, guests will use the promenade bridge that takes them directly onto Forum Plaza to enter Caesars Forum. See directional map.
By Car/Taxi
The two nearest interstates are Interstate 15 Northbound and Interstate 15 Southbound. Attendee Parking is best in the Harrah’s Parking garage. For sponsors with a box truck or large van you will need to park. You can park in the open lot across Winnick.
