Artur started his career by co-founding an internet start-up as a student and continued in various management roles, working mostly in IT and engineering fields, for many years in multinational companies. During his career, Artur has been creating, changing, and transforming organizations he managed and led.
For 7 years now Artur has been working in the Volvo Group, heading HRIS Operations for the group now.
In his work, he likes to see a big picture, thinking precisely, not necessarily relying on commonly accepted assumptions. He has knowledge about the wide range of business processes and is using a strategic business perspective when approaching his work challenges.

Artur holds a master’s degree in law from University of Wrocław and MBA from Wrocław University of Economics.
