Jevan Soo Lenox is the Chief People Officer at WRITER, an end-to-end agentic AI platform helping the world’s leading enterprises achieve huge ROI through AI at scale. A 5X Chief People Officer, he has held executive leadership roles across a wide range of industries at insitro, Stitch Fix, Square, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Minted. At the start of his career, Jevan spent a decade at McKinsey & Company in their Boston, New York, and Shanghai offices as a management consultant serving technology, healthcare, and education clients on strategy, human capital, and organizational effectiveness as well as leading McKinsey’s Asia-Pacific recruiting strategy across twelve countries. He was named a First Mover Fellow by the Aspen Institute in recognition of his leadership within organizations to align business impact with the long-term health of society and the planet. Jevan received his MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar, his Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and Bachelors in East Asian Studies from Harvard College.
