At GoHealth, he and his team led the creation of enhanced sales onboarding training, launched enterprise level AI programs for sales readiness, scaled just in time knowledge management bot for organizational knowledge, and built performance systems that accelerated agent proficiency. These programs helped the company achieve faster onboarding, stronger sales conversion, improved quality scores, lower attrition, and millions in incremental revenue.
