Domini is currently a Chief People Officer within Sirona care & health and has been an Executive/C-Suite Human Resources and Organizational Development practitioner for the past 17 years operating at Board level across various territories. She is also an experienced Non-Executive Board Director and holds wide knowledge in transformation, strategy development, leadership development and executive coaching.
She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management (2001) from Middlesex University, London, a BA (Hons; 1998) in History and English from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad. She is also a certified Change Manager through Prosci International, certified Prince 2 Project Manager and certified Psychometric Assessor through the British Psychological Society.
Over her 27-year career, Domini has placed a strong focus on results through the definition and implementation of strategies to achieve goals and objectives. She has worked as a Strategic Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers previously and partnered with Korn Ferry, McKinsey and the Barry Wehmiller University on a number of interventions over the years.
Domini is a dual Trinidad & Tobago and United Kingdom national and is fluent in English, with conversational knowledge of Spanish and French. She has experience in projects related to Organizational / Institutional Development, Job Evaluation, Human Resource Strategy and Change Management in countries like: Jamaica, Barbados, St Lucia, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Canada, Kenya and the United Kingdom.
