He is currently Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for Hill & Knowlton public relations, a member of the WPP family of companies. The largest advertising and communications company in the world. DK was previously, CDO - Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Moody’s, the global integrated risk assessment company, where he launched and implemented Moody’s acceleration of inclusion as a business imperative. The success of his work at Moody’s has been featured in several publications Including Fortune, Diversity Inc, Fintech Magazine, USA Today and numerous online publications. He successful transformed Moody’s to become an employer-of-choice and created a framework for how Inclusion creates revenue as a strategic business imperative.
Prior to Moody’s, DK was previously Senior Vice President & Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Dentsu International, where he managed talent solutions for Dentsu’s largest clients, such as Microsoft, American Express, Proctor & Gamble, Mastercard, Facebook, Jaguar Land Rover and LVMH. He successfully managed and reengineered the Dentsu Americas talent acquisition team and created a Center-of-Excellence focused on talent globally and enhanced the Dentsu DEI strategy from compliant to disruptive.
He is an Independent Corporate Board Director for Mogul AI.com the global online Career Platform with over five-hundred million members, and on non-profit boards Including AAF, The American Advertising Federation, Urban Word, home of America’s youngest Poet Laureate, and ALPFA the Association of Latino Professionals for America. DK also serves as advisor to the New York Climate Exchange, a conglomerate of global corporate and education partners dedicated to research and development related to resolving the effects of climate change. He Is also a member of several influential global DEI organizations Including his work as a trustee of Education Africa, based In South Africa and a member of ELC, The Executive Leadership Council, based In Washington DC.
