Lilian De Munno is the Global Co-Head of Talent Development at Thoughtworks, a global technology consultancy with more than 12.000 employees across 48 offices in 18 countries. Based currently in Barcelona, she is originally from Brazil and joined the company 10 years ago. She has a diverse background in Journalism and International Relations, with a solid experience as a consultant, and for the past six years, she has been focusing on capability development at a large scale.
