As Executive VP of Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Bahn AG, Kerstin´s responsibility includes the global employer branding and recruiting strategy, all talent acquisition activities in Germany as well as the management of the group’s temporary employment division. Combining a powerful organization, a candidate-centric approach and an innovative vision, Kerstin formed the framework for sustainable performance in talent acquisition at Deutsche Bahn. With a clear picture of future talent acquisition and trends in the labor market in mind, she established a team of nearly 800 talent acquisition experts, to recruit more than 20,000 new employees every year. Kerstin is part of a variety of supervisory boards, leads the Board of Trustees of the Group´s charitable foundation and was elected among the leading HR professionals in Germany. She shapes modern talent topics like future skills and job profiles, New Work, Technology, Innovation and Diversity.
