Magda Malé is currently Corporate Talent Management Director at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners responsible for the strategy, philosophy, principles and tools for managing talent in the 26 countries in which CCEP operates. CCEP is the world’s largest bottling partner of the Coca-Cola System and recently, in addition to covering Western European countries, CCEP has recently integrated the Australian, New Zealand and Pacific operations.
She is a senior professional in the Organization and People area, specialized in the areas of transformation and people strategy and development. She has a bachelor in Business Administration and Management and MBA from ESADE in Barcelona.
Malé-Alos started her professional career as a Consultant in Change Management and Organization and Human Resources; spent 12 years as Managing Partner at NGS Global. Previously, she worked as a consultant at Accenture in the area of Human Performance and Change Management for the financial and insurance sector.
Magda is also Vice-President of the Spanish Association of Female Executives and Board Members (www.ejecon.org) of the Development and Mentoring Committee and Director of the Eje&Con Awards.
