Rick Jost is Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), an S&P 500® global entertainment company featuring iconic hotels and casinos, meeting and conference spaces, live and theatrical entertainment experiences and an array of restaurant, nightlife and retail offerings across the globe.
As head of HR, his role spans a workforce of 60,000 employees domestically and a team of approximately 300 HR professionals. He joined MGM Resorts in 2007 and has held a variety of leadership roles, including HR Vice President for New York - New York, The Mirage, Bellagio, the portfolio of Las Vegas luxury resorts, and most recently the corporate divisions. Before joining MGM, Jost was a member of the Human Resources team with Caesars Entertainment in a variety of roles at their Las Vegas properties.
Jost is actively involved in the company’s philanthropic activities and serves on the Board for the MGM Resorts Foundation. He serves as a member of the MGM Resorts 401(k) Committee and is a Trustee for the Culinary and Bartenders Union Legal Service Fund. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University with a concentration in Human Resources.
