Jessica Lee is Global Officer, Talent Acquisition & Associate Development for Marriott International.
Working alongside an incredibly talented leadership team, Jessica and crew design and power the engines that enable the attraction and hiring of hundreds of thousands of associates at all levels of the organization from interns to frontline talent and executives. Once in the door with Marriott International’s offices, hotels and adjacencies, they drive business performance through skill and leadership development, ultimately delivering against learning and talent development needs for all talent around the world who wear a name badge for any and all of Marriott’s nearly 40 brands.
Simply put, why they exist is to get great talent in the door, and once that happens, enable everyone to experience the land of opportunity at Marriott International.
Jessica has been an HR leader for more than 20 years. Outside of her Marriott life, she continues to build her own leadership capabilities serving as a Girl Scouts troop leader and cookie manager (those are real titles!). She hails from the West Coast of the U.S. originally being born and raised in California and being an alum of The University of Washington where she focused her studies on Political Science and Labor Studies.
