Jennifer is Vice President of Access and Opportunity at NRG, where she leads initiatives to attract top talent and cultivate a dynamic, people-first culture. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to building inclusive teams and supporting the company’s workforce growth.
Previously, Jennifer served as Senior Director of NRG’s positiveNRG program, where she oversaw strategic community partnerships, employee giving, and disaster relief efforts. With over 12 years of experience in charitable giving—spanning nonprofit association management and corporate philanthropy—she has helped direct more than $40 million in donations and successfully managed 35 distributed solar installation projects.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Rutgers University, as well as certificates in Corporate Citizenship Leadership and Management from Boston College. She is also a Certified Diversity Professional.
