Jack Leitch is a talent leader at Uber, where he’s spent the better part of the last decade designing and scaling systems that transform how a global company attracts, develops, and empowers talent. He leads Uber’s Global Talent Acquisition Programs, supporting a 400+ recruiter organization and over one million applicants annually.

Jack has been at the center of many of Uber’s most innovative talent initiatives. He launched the company’s first internal talent marketplace for stretch assignments, helped build Uber’s first internal job marketplace in 2017, and ran Uber’s Nomad program, parachuting top talent into new markets as Uber expanded globally. More recently, he led the rollout of Uber’s Quality of Hire framework, built its TA AI Steering Committee, and is spearheading the shift to AI-native enablement infrastructure that equips recruiters and interviewers with real-time guidance.
