Ana isn’t just focused on numbers, though. Before stepping into the fast lane at Uber, Ana was busy building at SoFi as SVP of Talent, overseeing Recruiting, DEI, Learning and Development, Employee Experience, and Employer Brand—basically, the works. She previously held executive roles at Salesforce, where she helped the company grow from 8,000 to 64,000 employees over seven years. Through it all, Ana has been a fierce advocate for DEI, weaving those principles into every hiring strategy she touches.
