Aryeh Lehrer serves as Vice President of Talent and DE&I at Comcast. In this role he leads strategy and execution of external attraction and recruitment efforts, internal talent management and development, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Prior to joining Comcast, he held roles in HR Leadership at various telecommunications providers. He is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Communications and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and is currently completing his MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. In addition to his work at Comcast Aryeh is active in board service, holding seats on the FAU Alumni Board of Directors and Advisory Board for the School of Communications as well as the Board of Directors for The National Diversity Council. Aryeh resides in South Florida with his wife, Jessica, and two children, Brenner (8) and Bronx (3).
