Rates are only guaranteed until 4/10/2024 or until UNLEASH's room block is full. UNLEASH takes no responsibility for rate increases, including upgrades, or rooms booked after 4/10/2024, or after the room block is full.

The complimentary offer and booking portal are intended for use by qualifying HR Buyer / Analyst / Investor / Speaker ticket holders only, and must not be shared with any third parties. UNLEASH reserves the right to cancel or modify your hotel reservation at any time if it is determined that you do not meet the eligibility criteria to receive the two complimentary nights (7th and 8th May).

Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of the deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. A nightly Resort Fee will be added to your total once you select a hotel and room type. Taxes and Resort Fees are payable by the individual booking the room and are not included in the offer of complimentary nights.

Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Changes will be based upon availability. The guest is responsible for the first night's room rate plus tax if they fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, regardless of the date. UNLEASH is not responsible for incidentals, property damage, or loss of personal property. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-Out time is 11:00 am. Fees may apply if you intend to arrive early or check-out late.
