Nina Falkstrand has for over 20 years been part of the world’s leading provider of transport solutions, the Swedish truck and bus manufacturer Scania. In her current role she is the Head of Learning and Development, Scania Academy.
Her previous positions in the company include Head of HR for the Research and Development organization, Head of HR for the Sales and Marketing organization and Manager for the Occupational Health team. Nina has a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Stockholm University.
