VOLUNTEER AT UNLEASH

Being part of the volunteering team was an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations. A big bonus was getting both a behind-the-scenes view and the participant’s thrill of the top HR tech conference. I also had the chance to meet many inspiring people with different backgrounds and life stories. I can’t thank the team leads and staff enough for making every one of us feel welcome, included, and well-prepared to be the face and smile of UNLEASH!

Being part of such a high-energy, purpose-driven event was truly inspiring. I especially appreciated the chance to learn from leading companies and disruptive startups rethinking how we approach AI, culture, and employee experience – and to see firsthand how UNLEASH brings those conversations to life.

Thank you for creating such an open, collaborative environment and for trusting us volunteers to contribute to something so meaningful. I loved the way you fostered a real team feeling – from virtual team buildings to team cheers and the warm welcome on training day. I’m walking away with great memories, new perspectives, new connections and friends, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I want to thank you for this opportunity and for having such a wonderful team! I did not know what to expect, but I was very impressed by the attitude and support from everyone. Now I know what makes Unleash so special – people, who make it happen!

This was my first time volunteering at such a large conference, and I didn’t want to miss the chance to work with fun people and attend amazing sessions with inspiring speakers and HR leaders. Over the past two days, I’ve learned that static HR leadership doesn’t work – to truly provide value, it needs to be engaging and inclusive.

I’ve connected with many senior professionals who could mentor me on future projects, as well as peers and fellow volunteers from different companies. It’s been a brilliant opportunity, and I hope to be back again next year.

My name is Brianna Kratz, and I’m from South Carolina, USA. From the very first email, everything was so organized and welcoming. It’s been amazing meeting people from so many different backgrounds and connecting through our shared experience as volunteers.

The communication, instructions, and follow-up were clear and supportive – we always knew what to do and had the tools to do it. Even after just 24 hours together, we all knew each other’s names and felt like a team. It’s been such a fun and memorable experience!

The business world is driven by connection and UNLEASH is the best place to experience that. I loved meeting people from all over the world, exchanging ideas, and gaining insights into how the real HR world works.

It was an incredible opportunity to learn from others and to build lasting relationships. I’ll try to volunteer again next year – maybe even in Las Vegas!

I’m from Budapest, and volunteering at UNLEASH has been a fantastic experience. I’ve truly immersed myself in the HR industry – speaking with HR leaders, consultants, and professionals, and learning how departments and the industry operate.

The volunteer team has been incredible – full of energy and enthusiasm. Beyond attending the event, it was exciting to see how everything comes together behind the scenes. I now have a deeper understanding of what it takes to make an event like this happen.

Volunteering at UNLEASH is an incredible opportunity to grow, build your network, and create lasting friendships and professional connections. You get to meet managers, colleagues, and industry leaders – and gain the confidence to approach and engage with senior executives.

It’s also a great way to give back and develop valuable skills. You never know what opportunities volunteering might lead to – from references to future roles. For now, I’m simply enjoying being part of this amazing team and look forward to many more events ahead.
