Erik is a People Analytics and Operations leader with 18 years of experience in the technology, gaming, and automotive spaces with Fortune 500 companies including Tesla, Electronic Arts, and Microsoft. Erik has built and led teams delivering solutions for People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Systems & Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation, and was recognized as one of the 25 HR Leaders to Watch in 2023 by Visier. Erik currently leads the People Analytics Consulting, Research, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams at General Motors. In his spare time, Erik serves as an Advisor to HR tech startups Included and CultureScience, and enjoys spending time with his family in Pleasanton, California.
