This is an invite only working session to help senior executives create and activate a skills strategy within their organization. The bootcamp will consist of three parts:
- Part I: Overview and Introduction on the fundamentals of Skills and Talent Intelligence
- Part II: Working session on the proprietary Josh Bersin Company Four R’s model
- Part III: Working session using the Four R’s model to address business challenges
At the conclusion of the bootcamp, attendees will have created a skills strategy working model that is appropriate for their organization. This working model is intended to be the catalyst to help attendees finalize and activate a skills strategy.
