Woven into its DNA, Dell Technologies believes that diversity is power. With the launch of its Progress Made Real initiative, Dell announced significant goals for its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. By 2030, Dell aims to have 50% of its global workforce identify as women, as well as 25% of its US workforce and 15% of its US people leaders, identify as African Americans and Latino minorities, along with many other goals.
