New research from Achievers Workforce Institute (AWI) indicates that companies in North America are getting a failing grade. Just 25% of employees feel appreciated, and the downstream impact is record lows in employee engagement, disconnection from mission and manager, and a whopping 92% of employees remaining unclear about what’s expected of them at work.
