For the past ten years, Fosway Group, Europe’s leading HR analyst, has been publishing its HR Realities Report.

UNLEASH has been a firm partner ever since HR Realities was first published, and Fosway actually shared some interim findings of the 2024-2025 iteration of the report at UNLEASH World 2024 in Paris in October.

As Fosway gears up to launch the full HR Realities report early next year, UNLEASH’s Chief Reporter Allie Nawrat sat down for a video interview with Fosway’s CEO and Founder David Wilson.

During the interview, Wilson shared everything HR needs to know from the research, and what HR leaders need to keep top of mind as they plan their budgets for the next year.

The challenge that HR has is there’s too many [priorities]”, shares Wilson, and the function has only got a finite amount of budget and focus.

An important part of the puzzle is ensuring that HR’s goals and aims are aligned with the business – if HR leaders can get that right, especially amid economic, climate and geopolitical uncertainty, then the function will thrive.
