Radancy expands agentic AI capabilities with myInterview acquisition
Talent acquisition specialist Radancy has announced the acquisition of candidate interview platform, myInterview. CEO, Michelle Abbey, gives UNLEASH the lowdown of what the deal means for Radancy’s platform.
M&A News in Brief
Radancy has announced the acquisition of myInterview, its first acquisition in two years.
myInterview's agentic AI capabilities will be integrated into the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud.
UNLEASH got the inside track on the deal from Radancy President and CEO, Michelle Abbey.
US-based talent acquisition company Radancy has announced the acquisition of AI-driven video interviewing platform, myInterview.
The acquisition will extend Radancy’s Talent Acquisition Cloud with recruiter and candidate agentic AI, designed to identify and engage talent on a more efficient and precise basis by removing repetitive tasks.
Conversational AI agents engage candidates by text, voice or video, helping employers to identify, screen, schedule, assess and onboard top talent more effectively, and lowering costs and time to hire.
The acquisition of myInterview follows on from Radancy’s acquisitions of hiring events technology provider Brazen and recruiting tech startup Asendify, both in 2023.
Established in 2016, myInterview has built a client portfolio of 170 organizations across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, including Six Flags, 7-Eleven, River Island, Goodwill and Roche.
Speaking exclusively to UNLEASH, Radancy President and CEO Michelle Abbey, said the acquisition is “a pivotal step in advancing Radancy’s strategic vision”.
“Our goal has always been to deliver the most intelligent, integrated talent acquisition platform in the market, and bringing myInterview into the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud accelerates that mission.”
‘Directly addressing’ the biggest challenges in talent acquisition
Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational resilience, talent acquisition is of high priority to HR leaders planning for the future of work.
At the same time they face several long-standing and new challenges in this space, including talent scarcity and skills gaps, evolving candidate expectations, advances in new and AI technologies, and an ongoing business demand to do more with less.
Abbey tells UNLEASH that the integration of myInterview’s agentic AI capabilities into the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud “directly addresses the most pressing challenges HR leaders face today – overwhelming applicant volumes, candidate drop-off, and the time lost to repetitive, manual tasks.
“By expanding our Agentic AI capabilities with myInterview’s proven expertise, we’re enabling hiring teams to move from days of manual coordination to minutes of intelligent automation,” Abbey explains.
The result is faster, smarter, and more cost-efficient and human hiring—empowering enterprises to identify, schedule, screen, assess, and onboard the best talent at scale while reinforcing our leadership in shaping the future of hiring.”
