From coordinating with videographers and photographers to managing live content, interviews, and social storytelling, your role is vital in shaping the online voice and visual identity of UNLEASH. Whether you're curating Instagram reels, assisting in live streaming, or editing content on the fly, you'll be immersed in the dynamic pulse of the event.

Event Management

Step into the epicenter of excitement as a volunteer on the Event Management team, where every detail counts and every moment matters. From coordinating venue setup, managing logistics and registration to ensuring smooth attendee experiences and handling real-time challenges you will be an essential force behind the seamless execution of UNLEASH. Partnerships

Your role will involve close coordination with these high-profile speakers, ensuring their experience at UNLEASH is nothing short of superb. From confirming schedules and facilitating logistical needs to providing on-site support and addressing any last-minute hiccups, you will be the go-to person for our esteemed guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to build lasting connections, gain insider industry insights, and contribute to the seamless execution of an unforgettable event.

As a student, I am constantly seeking opportunities to explore new industries, gain insights into how they operate, and determine whether they align with my interests. The Unleash Volunteer program provided exactly that. Through the experience, I gained a deeper understanding of HR department operations, the HR technology sector, and the intricacies of event management. The team of volunteers was incredibly friendly, making it not only an educational journey but also a truly fun and exhilarating one.

I started volunteering in 2018, it was my first-ever experience. Now we’re at the sixth UNLEASH event, and this time I returned as a Volunteer Lead. I’m leading a team, setting the standard, and making sure everyone has a great experience, just like I did when I started. We truly enjoy UNLEASH. You build your network, but more importantly, you create lasting friendships and alliances with the people you meet.
