Getting the most of attending UNLEASH World just got a whole lot easier! Whether you’re planning your visit in advance or exhibiting at the show, our official app makes it easy for you to organize your time and do business.

Within the app you can:

• Create my profile to leave a lasting impression and showcase my personal brand effectively to potential connections
• Manage my schedule by integrating agenda sessions alongside pre-booked UNLEASH events
• Browse the attendee list to send connection requests to build up your event network
• Initiate direct conversations with attendees through private messaging
• Schedule appointments with attendees or exhibitors at my convenience by selecting an available time, date, and location
• Stay informed with live notifications about everything happening at UNLEASH (make sure you turn those notifications on!)
• Discover innovative solutions from esteemed sponsors and exhibitors
• Use our handy AI assistant to help you find sessions and exhibitors to support your needs
• Access the event floorplan seamlessly
• And much more!

On the app, underneath “My profile”, there are some techniques to help maximize your profile’s visibility. You can:

• Add a profile photo
• Add a short bio
• Add your social media profiles
• Check your job title and company details are up to date

There are two ways to book a meeting with an Exhibitor:

1. Book a meeting with one of the members of the company, by finding the individual under “Networking”
2. Book a meeting with the company directly by clicking on your preferred exhibitor, and then either click ‘Share your Information’ or click on the exhibitor contact.

All meeting requests will come through as notifications on your mobile device, and can also be found underneath the bell icon within the app. By clicking on a notification you can accept or reject connection and meeting requests.

If you can’t log in to our event app, first check that you are registered for the event. This is often the reason why you are unable to log in to the app.

Secondly, check that the e-mail you are using is the one you registered to the event with.
