Hadas has extensive experience leading HR of large-scaled teams with up to 1700 global and local employees, in the hi-tech, pharma and communication industries. She is experienced in people strategy building and execution, including culture and change management initiatives. She has led global HR cross-organizational processes such as performance & reward, engagement surveys and re-organizations. Moreover, Hadas has also driven, built and lead multiple organization development and talent acquisition processes.
