Dr Butler is Associate Professor of International Management and Organizational Behavior at Kingston University where she leads the Future of Work and Organizations Research Group.
Her research focuses on global work and careers and the implications for well-being. She has a particular interest in global virtual teams and in the careers of migrant graduates.
