Customer Engagement Strategist, Citrix
Chris supports engagement with executive teams at strategic Citrix clients and prospects to help them understand and embrace Employee Experience as part of their business strategy. Chris recently joined Citrix from Forrester Research, where as a Vice President and Research Director, he led Forrester’s employee experience research strategy for business and technology leaders. His team’s research helped clients re-imagine IT strategy to create the cultural and technological conditions for people to do their best work and drive engagement.
He’s been a keynote speaker, quoted in major technology publications like CIO Magazine and news organizations including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and has made appearances on NPR and WBZ NewsRadio. Before moving into the research director role, Chris was a principal analyst helping IT leaders optimize their Microsoft strategy and make the transition to cloud services for email and collaboration. Prior to rejoining Forrester in 2006, Chris was a consultant focused on network engineering for SMB’s and an engineer at Intel and Sun Microsystems.
