The solution will be integrated into the UKG Pro Workforce Management suite.

Payroll, HR, and workforce management solutions provider, UKG has announced the acquisition of employee scheduling software platform, Shiftboard, for an undisclosed sum.
US-based Shiftboard provides a shift-based operations scheduling solution for mission-critical industries with complex workforce scheduling challenges, such as oil & gas, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
Shiftboard has client base of more than 500 organizations, including BASF, Daisy Brand, and Shell.
It offers a mobile app where workers can organize shift coverage, schedule time off, manage regulatory compliance and communicate with team members.
Bringing simplicity and insight to complex staff scheduling
Speaking exclusively to UNLEASH about the acquisition, Russell Howe, Group Vice President EMEA Sales at UKG, says the deal will help organizations address complicated scheduling needs.
“The oil & gas and energy sectors are highly regulated, which can impact their employees,” he explains.
“These companies need a trusted workforce management partner to bring simplicity, real-time insights, and help ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.”
