TechWolf’s Andreas De Neve warns HR leaders against ‘false sense of confidence’ on AI

For Andreas De Neve, Co-Founder and CEO of TechWolf, progress on AI is no reason to relax.

Speaking to UNLEASH Editor John Brazier weeks after TechWolf’s acquisition agreement with SAP was announced, De Neve warned that the HR technology sector too often benchmarks itself against its peers, while the real competition sits with AI giants pulling in “immense amounts of incredible talent.”

Being safe from today’s AI, he argues, is no guarantee of being safe a few years from now – TechWolf included.

At UNLEASH 2026 in Paris, De Neve talks through what the SAP deal means for customers, why workforce planning without work planning is “quite nonsensical”, and his insights from the inaugural UNLEASH100.
