monday.com experienced a boom in popularity over the pandemic.
This looks set to continue as it forms new partnerships.
Will plans for hires in London help?

Everyone and every workplace have experienced the pandemic differently. As a result, different tools have been required to survive and occasionally thrive in this tumultuous period.
monday.com is a work operating system (Work OS) where organizations of any size can create the tools and processes they need with no-code/low-code building blocks. This helps them to better manage every aspect of their work.
Naturally, simplifying code and creating useful tools to manage projects has been invaluable to remote teams who were not always able to strategically plan effectively while being dispersed.
So it is no surprise that monday.com completed its Nasdaq initial public offering (IPO) earlier this year and reached a revenue of $83 million.
This also led to rapid growth for the Israeli company, and it is London bound.
How has monday.com grown?
Since 2020, monday.com has more than tripled its UK revenue, in part thanks to hybrid and remote working. To support its 13,000 UK customers, the company has now invested in more staff in the country.
So far, monday.com has partnered with over 85 channel partners operating in over 45 countries across the globe.
As part of the UK expansion, monday.com is working with local partners Provident CRM and Enable Services. The company also intends to increase the number of its UK channel partnerships in 2022 by 70%.
Over the next 12 months, monday.com also plans to double its employee count within its office in London. These hires will be in areas such as IT, consulting, marketing, partnerships, and alliances.
With the help of these hires, monday.com intends to expand its organizational agility and find more customers from across the globe.
Speaking about the expansion, Will Hale, Northern European leader at monday.com, said: “The expansion in the UK market is another key phase in monday.com’s continued growth, and marks the company’s first office directly serving the European market.
“We’re thrilled to welcome new customers and partners and to build out our thriving team in London, allowing more companies to excel and grow with monday.com Work OS.”
Naveed Malik, regional director EMEA at monday.com, added: “We’re very excited to onboard new partners that understand the local market and use monday.com to fit their needs, build their own unique solutions on top of monday.com, and to be our true partners in democratizing the power of software.
“Broadening our presence in the UK will help us grow our local partner ecosystem to more than double in the year ahead and further expand in Europe.”
