HR tech is hot in Asia
Earlier today, Chinese HR tech firm Beisen made headlines after it raised a mammoth Series F from a host of investors.
Beisen, which offers iTalentX, a cloud-based HR SaaS and talent management platform, was founded in 2002.
The firm says its platform is used by more than 150,000 HR professionals and 20 million corporate employees. Beisen has three research and development centers in Shanghai and is headquartered in Beijing and Chengdu.
Last month, a fellow Singapore-based HR tech startup made news for similar reasons. Glints, a career development and recruitment platform, announced the closure of a $22.5 million Series C round led by PERSOL Holdings, a Japanese HR management firm.
Founded in 2013, Glints said it would use the money to grow in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Taiwan and to expand its engineering and product teams.
