UNLEASH America: 'There’s a lot of wildness in HR’, but, remember, a courageous leader brings peace and purpose

The countdown is on for UNLEASH America 2025.

We are thrilled that George Rogers, Chief Culture Officer at Lighthouse Research & Advisory, will once again be our Main Stage MC at this year's International Festival of HR in Las Vegas.

At last year's show, UNLEASH's Editor-in-Chief Nima Sherpa Green sat down with Rogers to discuss about culture and leadership.
