
EY's talent leader has 400,000 employees to reskill: Here's how he's moving from vision to execution

Following his session on stage in Paris, where he explained his vision of authentic leadership, Lynch sat down with UNLEASH to talk about what that means for HR leaders that are focused on AI and enticing former employees to 'boomerang' back to their organization.
At the center of it all, he tells UNLEASH, is a very simply fact: "Trust is I think the most important element of great leadership.
"If you are authentic and real, and you challenge and help people, you create engagement and team members who love what they do," Lynch says.
Considering how HR leaders that are struggling to secure a seat at the C-Suite table, Lynch says this is often a matter of conviction in the importance of HR.
"You have to believe that what you do is just as important as the sales groups, the marketing groups, the product groups, the operations groups," he details.
