Speaking to UNLEASH Senior Journalist John Brazier in an exclusive interview, Shockley details how the tech giant uses data and analytics to drive organizational performance that isn't "just a process about getting a rating and communicating some feedback on a once-a-year basis."

While data analytics needs to be at the core of what HR leaders and organizations are doing, they also need to "start with the end in mind of what are you trying to accomplish."
