Elie Mélois, Chief Product & Technology Officer and Co-Founder of LumApps explains that by joining forces, the businesses will deliver a “uniquely powerful platform” for organizations and their employees.
Speaking exclusively to UNLEASH Mélois says: “This is a breakthrough for HR and IT alike, but most importantly for every employee.
We’re making AI truly accessible across the organization, not a complex system only manageable by IT. The AI Employee Hub is designed to handle repetitive, low-value tasks so people can focus on higher-impact work.
“From microlearning to mobile workflows, everything flows in one place with embedded, secure, contextual AI that simply works. It’s not about adding more tools. It’s about the right one for everyone.”
Cristian Grossmann, CEO and Co-Founder of Beekeeper expanded on this in a statement: “LumApps redefined employee engagement through innovation and AI.
Both companies share a vision and a passion of empowering employees. This partnership represents a bold move that will transform our industry, putting the success of desk and frontline employees at the center of everything we do.”
Since 2021, LumApps has had four acquisitions that have boosted its growth: Novastream (2021), Heyaxel (2022), Vizir (2022), Teach On Mars (2023). These deals will help the combined company scale its client base, with the target of 100 million users by 2030.
Together, the companies will have a global team of over 600 employees spanning North America, Asia and Europe, with c. $150 million in recurring revenue.
Describing Beekeeper’s platform as “game-changing” for frontline employees worldwide – specifically in terms of engagement and productivity – LumApps CEO and Co-Founder, Sébastien Ricard, showed enthusiasm for the future.
Speaking to UNLEASH, he concludes: “HR leaders have long been forced to choose between fragmented tools or limited reach. This changes now.
“By creating the first AI-powered Employee Hub, we are removing silos and offering a single, extensible platform that connects every employee, from desk to frontline.
“Today, too many employees face unnecessary hurdles just to access basic HR services or their own benefits. We are eliminating that digital friction. This is a smarter way to engage, support, and empower people at work.”
