
Phenom to address HR leaders’ ‘biggest infrastructure challenges’ with Included AI acquisition

2025 is continuing to see a number of acquisitions in the HR sector, with ELMO Group – the parent company of UK SME HR platform Breathe HR – acquiring Rotageek.
Through this acquisition, ELMO Group aims to continue serving its more that 18,000 customers, spanning Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

Through the acquisition, ELMO Group aims to combine its HR expertise with Rotageek’s technology. This will improve its workforce management, offering an intelligent, end-to-end platform that supports organizations from SMEs, all the way to complex enterprise operations.

What’s more, the deal will reinforce ELMO Group’s position as a leader in HR technology, while helping to accelerate its mission to deliver people-first solutions that elevate and simplify workforce management.
Rotageek will also enhance the delivery of rostering and scheduling solutions to UK organizations, to help reduce manual admin while boosting team’s ability to operate strategically.
Chris McCullough, CEO at Rotageek, explained that the acquisition marks an “exciting new chapter” for Rotageek, further explaining that the company’s mission has been to “help businesses schedule intelligently, using data, AI and design thinking to solve real-world workforce challenges.”
