Antoine de Saint-Affrique has served as Chief Executive Officer of Danone since September 2021 and joined its Board of Directors in April 2022. Prior to this, he was CEO of Barry Callebaut (2015–2021) and President of Unilever Foods (2011–2015), where he was also a member of the Group Executive Committee. His earlier roles at Unilever included EVP of the Skin category and leadership of the Central and Eastern Europe region.
He currently co-chairs the One Planet Business for Biodiversity (OP2B) coalition and serves as President & Chairman of the Board of the Livelihoods Fund for Family Farming. In 2025, he joined the Board of Naandi Community Water Services (NCWS). He is a non-Executive Director and member of the nomination and remuneration committee of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain since June 2025.
