The winner of the fiercely contested UNLEASH Startup Award has been confirmed for 2025!
Five startups took to the stage to present their pitch to the judging panel and faced questions from the crowd in a bid to join the illustrious ranks of former winners, which includes Peakon (now part of Workday), Oneteam, Talent Alpha, Clustree, TandemHR, Hour One, and last year’s champion, Welliba.
This year the expert judging panel also recognized a runner-up - Strategic Workforce Planning revolutionary, Albert.
But, as always, there could only be one winner and in Paris this year, that honor went to Vizzy – the startup on a mission to transform the CV with an inclusive, human-first, engagement-driven approach.
UK-based Vizzy wowed the judges with its pitch, delivered by Co-Founder and CEO, Chris Woodward-Jones, who was presented with the grand prize of $50,000 worth of future sponsorship opportunity with UNLEASH, by Founder and CEO Marc Coleman, and Startup and Investor Program Lead, Kennedy Cook.

Speaking to UNLEASH in the aftermath of the victory, Woodward-Jones says: “We're absolutely thrilled to have won the Startup Awards at UNLEASH World 2025.
“It's a huge feather in our cap, and a testament to all the great, great work that our team have put together.
A huge congratulations to Vizzy and, of course, all of the finalists this year – Albert, Blify, Pandria and Paybix.
