Gia DeMichele, Ph.D, is a Senior People Scientist, supporting customers in North America. Her doctoral dissertation focused on peer accountability in healthcare to help build our understanding of what allows peers to provide feedback to one another. In previous roles, Gia worked as a Division Director for a healthcare company to create a culture of high reliability that put safety first.
Gia received her Ph.D. and M.A. in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University in California.
