Since joining S&P in 2020, Alan has spent time supporting Enterprise value capture including organizational design enablement, workforce planning and redeployment as part of S&P Global’s merger with IHS Markit. Alan has led the OP&A team since Fall 2022 when he combined the Organizational Effectiveness capabilities with People Analytics. Today the OP&A team drives our People data strategy, workforce planning capabilities and analytically driven outcome achievement across all People COEs.
