Job&Talent secures €92 million in Series F funding to drive future of workforce management

2 min read

AI-powered workforce management provider Job&Talent has completed a Series F funding round, generating €92 million ($104.2 million).

The round, which valued the company at €1.3 billion, included participation from new and existing investors such as Atomico, BlackRock, DN Capital, Hercules, Infravia, Kibo, and Kinnevik, among others.

Founded in 2009, the Madrid-based company provides a “workforce as a service” platform that connects workers with employers for temporary work. It previously raised $500 million in a Series E funding round in late 2021.

The company is currently developing a suite of AI agents, aimed at simplifying and optimizing each specific aspect of workforce management.

Its first AI agent, a recruitment agent named Clara, is currently under testing among select clients.

Job&Talent states Clara has conducted over 180,000 interviews in a few months, equivalent to the output of ‘thousands of recruiters’, and has directly contributed to more than 7,000 hires.

The company also plans to open access to its platform and AI agents to permanent workers later this year.

A ‘pivotal moment’ for the future of workforce management

Speaking to UNELASH, SVP Marketing and Communications at Job&Talent, Christof Schminke, says the Series F funding round is not just a pivotal moment for the company, but also “for the future of workforce management”.

“We are moving beyond traditional staffing by leveraging AI to address the industry’s real pain points: boosting productivity for companies and creating better opportunities for workers,” Schminke says.

Job&Talent aims to use the funding to accelerate its international growth and further development of its AI-based technologies to enhance workforce reliability and productivity.

“With AI agents like Clara, we are redefining workforce management like never before - hiring faster, rehiring smarter, and running operations with unprecedented efficiency.
