From 20-22 October 2026, the HR world meets at UNLEASH and volunteers play an important role in making that experience happen.
As a UNLEASH volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience across one of the world’s leading gatherings for HR, work, technology and transformation. You’ll support the teams delivering the event, work alongside industry professionals, and help create an exceptional experience for attendees, speakers, partners and brands.

The Teams You’ll Work With
UNLEASH volunteers support the teams responsible for creating, producing and delivering the event experience on-site.
Event Management
Help keep UNLEASH moving.
Volunteers supporting the Event Management team may help with registration, logistics, wayfinding, attendee support, room flows and real-time problem solving across the venue.
This is a strong fit for people who want practical experience in large-scale event operations and attendee management.
Possible Responsibilities:

Experience
Help create the moments people remember.
The Experience team focuses on how attendees, speakers, partners and VIP guests move through UNLEASH — from arrival and welcome moments to hospitality, activations, meeting areas and special experiences.
Volunteers supporting Experience may help make the event feel smooth, premium and human at every touchpoint.

Production
Support the stages, sessions and speaker experience.
Volunteers working with the Production team may help sessions run smoothly by supporting speaker movements, stage logistics, timing, room readiness and on-site coordination.
This is a strong fit for people interested in live events, content production, speaker operations and behind-the-scenes delivery.
Possible Responsibilities:

Partnerships
Support the companies and partners bringing UNLEASH to life.
Volunteers supporting the Partnerships team may help with sponsor activations, partner areas, exhibitor support, hosted experiences and on-site relationship management.
This is a strong fit for people interested in brands, partnerships, commercial events and relationship-led work.

Marketing
Help capture and amplify the UNLEASH experience.
Volunteers supporting the Marketing team may assist with content capture, social moments, interviews, signage checks, campaign support and helping the team surface the stories happening across the event.
This is a strong fit for people interested in marketing, content, communications, social media, brand and event storytelling.
