Henrik has had responsibility for the continued deployment of the HR Transformation strategy within Philips, including managing multiple projects in the HR service arena during the historical split of Philips Lighting (now Signify) and Royal Philips. He is globally responsible for the HR Service delivery model, HRIS, Global Payroll, Learning Solutions, HR reporting/Analytics & HR Compliance, as well as for the integrated customer experience driving delivery performance and cost efficiency.
