Shradha leads the Talent Management practice for the US and international businesses. As a part of this role, Shradha supports the development and execution of Talent Strategy including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Talent Mobility and providing 1:1 coaching to senior leaders. Shradha has an MBA in Human Resources and holds a master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology. She has worked extensively in the Org Effectiveness and Talent Transformation space across several industries and geographies. Shradha joined Prudential in 2019 to lead the Future of Work – Org Design practice where she created several approaches for Talent Transformation, Org Capability and Work Design; enabled HR teams on these topics and coached leaders on how to make their teams and work more effective. Before joining Prudential Shradha worked in various capacities both as internal and external consultant in org effectiveness and org design space at Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Federal Reserve Bank and Infosys.
