Jenn is an HR and Technology Transformation executive with over 20 years of HR, IT, and Sales experience. In her current role, Jenn is transforming how Salesforce connects employees, career opportunities and business outcomes by creating a Talent Marketplace and refreshed recruiting delivery model. Jenn also leads a corporate initiative focused on digital HR transformation including the global reimplementation of Workday to drive more standard, simple and scalable HR processes. Before Salesforce, Jenn held a variety of HR and broader technology leadership roles at SAP, SunPower and Dell. She started her career in consulting, working at both Accenture and CapGemini. She holds a BS in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
