Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Promoter

The “Prize Draw” to win 2 x Free UNLEASH 2027 General Attendee tickets is promoted by UNLEASH LTD, whose registered office is at 180 Borough High Street, FORA, London, SE1 1LB, London, UK.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals who are buyers/users of HR systems (i.e., HR Director, Head of HR, Talent Professional, IT & HRIS Manager) aged 18+ who complete the survey during the promotional period and agree to be entered into the draw.

2.2 Employees of UNLEASH, their families, agents, and any third parties directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Survey respondents should be individuals currently working within HR or C-level decision-makers.

2.4 Existing UNLEASH 2027 ticket holders are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Any entries received from existing ticket holders will be void and excluded from the draw.

3. Entry Method

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the survey in full and submit their responses before the closing date on 16th April 2026. 

3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3.3 Entries must be received by 16th April 2026, 5pm UK time. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted as part of the Prize Draw.

4. Prize Details

4.1 The prize consists of two (2) complimentary General Attendee tickets to UNLEASH 2027. 

4.2 The prize does not include travel, meals, accommodation, or any other expenses unless explicitly stated.

4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on April 17th 2026 and notified thereafter.

5.2 The winner will be notified via the email address supplied within 2 days of the draw.

5.3 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will forfeit the prize. The promoter reserves the right not to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1 Personal data collected as part of this Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with UNLEASH’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.2 By participating in the Survey & Prize Draw, you agree to receive relevant marketing communications from UNLEASH.

7. Liability & Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms or appears fraudulent.

7.3 The winner is responsible for ensuring they are available to attend the conference.

8. Publicity

8.1 By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including their name being announced on UNLEASH’s website and marketing channels, unless they explicitly opt out.

9. Amendments & Cancellation

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the Prize Draw due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated via Email.
