Angelika is the Global Head of People for Allianz Group. In her role she is leading the center of excellence for employer branding, sourcing, recruiting, talent management, D&I, Health and engagement across Allianz Group.
Prior to that she was responsible as Head of Global Talent Development at the operating entity Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty for all global talent and learning topics, employee engagement, including the set-up and running of the Corporate Academy. She also acted as strategic business partner on talent, performance and compensation topics to the Board.
